Enquiries
The form collects your name, email, organisation or website if supplied, service, enquiry type, optional deadline/reference and message. The server also records a timestamp, IP address and browser user-agent for operational handling. The enquiry is stored in the site’s private enquiry record and may be copied into the portfolio enquiry hub when that integration is available.
A notification is sent to the practice’s administrative mailbox using the configured mail service. The site operator and the systems used for hosting, email and enquiry management therefore handle this information. We use it to respond, assess fit and prepare an engagement. Submitting an enquiry does not grant marketing permission.
Optional analytics
With your permission we load Google Analytics and Matomo, hosted at mana.ie/stats. These tools receive visit information; form contents are not sent by our integration. See the cookie notice for choices and technical details. Without opt-in, the page does not load these analytics scripts. Server access logs can still be generated when your browser requests a page.
Research information
A research engagement needs its own agreed arrangements for participant information, consent, recordings, access and retention. We confirm these before collection. Do not send participant recordings, medical information or other sensitive material through the initial enquiry form. This website does not promise a particular recording location or automatic deletion schedule for every engagement.
Retention and requests
Enquiry information is used while assessing and responding to the request and, where relevant, preparing or delivering the engagement. Retention must reflect the purpose and any applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask how long information about your enquiry is needed.
You can withdraw optional analytics permission through Cookie settings. You may also raise a concern with the Irish Data Protection Commission.
