Necessary storage
The browser stores your choice in local storage under usability-consent-v1 for up to six months. This remembers whether you allowed analytics. If browser storage is unavailable, analytics stays off. The site does not require analytics permission to read content or send an enquiry.
On the Free UX review page, the browser also keeps session storage under uxfl-attribution, uxfl-started and uxfl-pending. It holds any campaign labels from the link you arrived on, the referring site’s domain and whether you have started or sent the form, so the labels can go with your request. Session storage is cleared when you close the tab.
Optional analytics
When you allow analytics, the site loads Google Analytics using measurement ID G-4VPJ17LN3L and Matomo from mana.ie/stats, site ID 39. These services receive visit information such as the page path, device/browser details and referral information. Google Analytics may set first-party cookies beginning _ga; Matomo may set cookies beginning _pk_. We do not send form contents to either service.
Analytics page locations and referrers are stripped of query strings and fragments by our integration. This reduces the risk of identifiers entered in a URL being sent as page information. It is not a promise of anonymous processing.
On the Free UX review page, if you allow analytics, the campaign labels utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign and the referring site’s domain are sent as event details for the form steps and those clicks. Other query values and anything you type are not sent.
Change your choice
Use Cookie settings in the footer. Necessary only withdraws optional analytics permission and reloads the page without the analytics scripts. The integration removes accessible analytics cookies for this site; it cannot remove data already received by a provider. You can also clear browser site data.
