A public service may need to help someone understand eligibility, prepare information, complete an application or recover from an error. We help define the question, choose an appropriate method and produce evidence that informs a service decision. The scope can address an existing journey or a prototype before a wider implementation commitment.

Inclusive research needs a practical plan
Recruitment should reflect the people expected to use the service, including relevant access needs and differences in digital confidence. The proposal sets out how people are included, who recruits and what support is needed. We confirm the actual people and specialist coverage assigned to the work instead of assuming that every capability is available for every deadline.
Evidence that supports decisions
Deliverables connect observations to findings, recommendations and verification checks. The report identifies the sample, dates, methods, exclusions and limits. Broad design-and-build requirements may therefore sit outside our offer. We assess each opportunity against its actual scope and conditions before proposing work.
